Terms and Conditions
Bookings
All vehicle bookings are submitted as reservation requests until payment and/or admin confirmation is completed. Availability is confirmed based on vehicle schedule, pickup date, return date and business approval.
Payments
Online payment may be collected in full or as an advance depending on the booking value and payment gateway limits. Remaining rental balance and refundable security deposit may be collected at vehicle handover.
Security deposit
Security deposit is not part of the online rental payment. It is collected at vehicle handover and refunded after safe vehicle return, subject to vehicle condition, fuel, late return, fines or damages.
Customer responsibility
Customers must provide correct contact details, pickup information and booking notes. The business may contact customers by email, phone or WhatsApp to verify details before handover.
Refunds and changes
Refund or change requests are reviewed by the business. Eligibility can depend on booking date, payment status, cancellation reason and operational cost.
